Asian Civilisations Museum

The Asian Civilisations Museum  is an institution which forms a part of the three museums of the National Museum of Singapore. It is one of the pioneering museums in the region to specialise in pan-Asian cultures and civilisations. The museum specialises in the material history of China, Southeast Asia, South Asia and West Asia, from which the diverse ethnic groups of Singapore trace their ancestry. ACM Empress Place is a 5-minute walk from the Raffles Place MRT station.

saint andrew’s cathedral

Saint Andrew’s Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral in Singapore, the country’s largest cathedral. It is located near City Hall MRT Interchange in the Downtown Core, within the Central Area in Singapore’s central business district. It is the Cathedral church of the Anglican Diocese of Singapore and the mother church of her 26 parishes and more than 55 congregations here.

This weekend I visited Clarke Quay with my lovely wife. Clarke Quay is a historical riverside quay in Singapore, located within the Singapore River Planning Area. The quay is situated upstream from the mouth of the Singapore River and Boat Quay. Presently, five blocks of restored warehouses house various restaurants and nightclubs.
